happy new year

well i guess every new year i will suffer from new year blues lol...not that depressed this year perhaps due to the addiction to "gem of life" but not particular excited too...

every time this year, i will reflect upon my life for a while (lol i know u all cant picture it, but i do)...and then every year, i think i havent achieve much in the year...Quoting from Chuck Palahnuik "We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will.” i like this quote because i think it's so true...u see, criminal minds juz taught me so much :) everybody hopes to create that can last forever though it's quite hard to achieve :D

this year, for me, is full of up and downs, happiness, grief etc...but isnt it all about life? lol

To some, a year may seems long but to others, a year may seems short...but actually it's both a year rite? just depending on personal perceptions...

this year seems to be rather short for me...never really expect drastic changes to life can happen in just a year time...

no matter how sad or unhappy u are, life still goes on rite? even though you know life is not going to be the same anymore but you juz have to move on and continue to be happy...time will not stop ticking because of u!

so.........my new year resolution is....to be happy and healthy lol!! and i wish everybody that too! of cos i oso hope i can improve on my grades to get a better honour class since i've already decided to take honours :P and of cause i hope everything goes smoothly for me!!

PS: this is not an emo post lol juz some reflection lol!!

spent boxing day at iris' house! chicky day!! the food we ate were all chicken lol but i like!! had mahjong! omg i'm like the ultimate winner for once! maybe because yijun wasnt around lol

went over to ck's place in the evening and celebrated x'mas with her family, meiqi, ting and husband! the food was great! i'm so sorry i din get any food LOL was a pretty last minute notice lol!

every occassion....we must play CHARADES!! LOL 3 against 2!! not fair!! hahaz but i ended up pairing with qi again lol like last year despite my unwillingness lol. well it was a tie breaker this year lol! i was complaining the opponent team has 3 brains but we only have 1.5 LOL! well it's a season to be jolly! totally enjoyed the game and i kept laughing and laughing and laughing non stop...my voice a bit coarse now lol HILARIOUS la!!

it's x'mas eve...i din even realize till a couple of hour ago...

i'm being cyber bullied by min min and yijun online!! oh dear...my popularity is dropping by offending them hahaha! and i cant believe tan sze han and filina tan meixuan acty sided them!! i tot we are best friends! ok WE WERE *run away in tears*

anyway got my results! my CAP improved to my original one lol...so no major win and no lose...thinking if i shld do honours....

ya i'm almost blogging everyday lol must be i got nothing better to do lol

anyway supposedly meeting min min and her bro lol fil said it's weird combi but i'm juz worried of disturbing their quality time lol! ended up gg to bugis with fil! ya it's her again lol we are bored and we miss YIJUN!! FLY BACK NOW! we are saying "we miss yijun" wherever we go lol specially when we are at the sour plum shop lol! i know u are reading this! fly back!!

anyway we had buffet for lunch!! the chilli padi nonya buffet opp national library stretch. we must be one of those youngsters who visit there lol and we were only given one hour to eat since it was an impromptu decision...cant believe we were really in there...

13.80+ per pax for lunch and dinner and 7.80+ per pax for high tea. i think it's v worthwhile!! cos i enjoyed my food!! the mee siam and laksa were heavenly! give me one more hour i would grab another bowl of mee siam...the assam fish was GOOD! i had 3 servings lol...so was the curry puff that me and fil kept eating lol! since filina wasnt a kueh person...i ended up clearing most of the kueh that we shared...v nice! even though i seldom touch kuehs...and the soup!!! how i wish can ta bao home lol! just that there was this v weird dessert which we both dun really like...but hey NICE! haha now nonya food is the "in" thing man!

shopped ard for a while and decided to just sit down at the foodcourt because we were sleepy...after lunch...we feel sleepy *snore*

i cut and dyed my hair today...

i told pple tat i will be dyeing my hair black and of course!!

I DIDNT dye it black! LOL i felt like i've betrayed jolin tsai hahaz but i'm fickle-minded lol

new color: intense blonde with a bit of ash brown...dun ask me what is that color...i oso dunno but i juz know it looks nice! hahaz

and i still bot treatment and cream for my hair! *pocket burnt* but it's buy one get one free mah!! difficult to resist to that promotion!!

amanda asked if i wan to perm my hair and i will look like a japanese lol!! i realized she like to use the word "look like japanese" to get me to change a hairdo lol but i dun think i will perm ba...i v scared it will screwed up lol! at most use a curler...which is reversible :)

i luv my squaddies too!!!

well went cycling yest with squaddies...met up with tingzz first...she was supposed to come my hse but i think she was too engrossed in "Lan Qiu Huo" hahaz and we were supposed to walk to ECP from VJC and we went the wrong way and headed to the kembangan way LOL! not v surprising haha it's tingzz afterall hahaz

finally reached our destination and met up with the rest, elaine, yee chien, jia xin and shu hui!! acty the main objective of me gg there was to try to dissuade them from cycling and juz go for dinner! i tot i did!! hahaz we went ecp for dinner, had seafood and i think yee chien and i were so bloated becos of the 2 cups of sugarcane drink each LOL we shld haf shared!

in the end, we still went cycling...my mission failed hahaz and there's sth wrong with the bicycle gear!! and i was like so exhausted trying to cycle *cries* hahaz but at least i did some exercise *yeah*

went parkway starbucks to slack, gossip, laugh and trying to plan x'mas gathering lol fortunately, i planned last year which was a tremendous success LOL!

baking

baking session at yijun's place with filina and of cos yijun hahaz...we managed to bake a bread pudding and cookies in about 6 hours? it's a physical demanding chore!! i'm not gg to bake anymore in near future hahaz unless there's a bigger oven and an electrical beater or mixer haha...

anyway the end result is GOOD!!! the bread pudding is nice leh after yijun cooked that gravy *she's v proud of it* though she only followed the recipe but i was the one prepared the recipe hahahaz...

the cookies...my papa said it was nice hahahaz and my cousins had finished one whole box in less than 24hours hahaz for all who tasted it, mostly gave positive remarks hahahaz it's juz a bit less nice than the famous amos one but it's still GOOD!!

had dinner with the rest of the clique today at tm..juz slacking ard and din shop hahahaz we bot a piece of bak kwa to share hahaha ONE PIECE and it costs $4 woo quite ex ar bak kwa hahaz

holidays!!!! but i'm broke hahahaz oh dear i need to start tutoring!!!
