run run run

i ran abt 4km today or more? cos i dunno one round is 2.4k or 2k....i'm proud of myself.....cos i'm able to wake up and exercise some form of discipline :) normally i'll juz continue to sleep until i realised it's too late to run den i forget abt it....but today i automatically woke up all be myself even without the alarm at 730...hmm the feeling of sleeping early and waking up early is good....feel v refreshed after the run.....hmm muz continue to run and train stamina cos mimi say we can all go run the marathon...
